Shipping policy
We ship our products through multiple shipping carries such as USPS and UPS. Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend usually take slightly longer to arrive. Please note due to the global pandemic, severe weather conditions and natural disasters, once orders are dropped off to the carrier’s facility orders could take longer to be delivered. For carrier information please look for question “Why does it say that my order is delivered but I haven’t received order?” below.
Yes! We do ship internationally and these orders usually take from 10-15 business days.
We understand from first hand experience that package sometimes tend to say delivered but they were never received. If this is in fact the case pertaining your order please contact the mailing carrier that is shipping your order, which can be found on your tracking email that was provided. Our current mail carriers include USPS and UPS

When placing your order PLEASE enter your correct shipping information! If you entered the wrong shipping address and you can notify us immediately by email or an inquiry on our contact us page. If your order hasn’t been processed we can change your shipping address for you. If your order has however been processed and/or shipped we CANNOT change your address you’d have to contact the mailing carrier.
