How do I contact you about my order?

For any questions or inquiries about your order you can fill out an inquiry on our contact us page and/ or email us at itsnaturalsbeauty@gmail.com.

How long does it take to process orders?

Orders typically take 1-2 days to process (excluding holidays).

Do you except returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However if you received the wrong item or your product was damaged and you submit proof within 24 hours of your item being delivered. We’ll send you a return label to return said item and send out a replacement at no cost to you. If items appear to be used upon review of your submission we will not accept item or issue exchange.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do ship internationally and these orders usually take from 10-15 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

When placing your order PLEASE enter your correct shipping information! If you entered the wrong shipping address and you can notify us immediately by email or an inquiry on our contact us page. If your order hasn’t been processed we can change your shipping address for you. If your order has however been processed and/or shipped we CANNOT change your address you’d have to contact the mailing carrier.

Why do my lashes look different than the ones pictured?

Our lashes are 100% handmade and no two lashes will be identical. As the infamous saying goes “they’re sisters not twins!”

Do you offer vegan friendly options?

Our brow soap is vegan based! We opt to make all of are products and future products vegan and plant base friendly.

How long does it take to receive a response after I’ve submitted an inquiry?

If you’ve filled out an inquiry on our contact us page or sent an email regarding your order you’ll receive a response within 24-48 hours!

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Orders can be canceled ONLY if we’ve received notification before your order has been processed. You can do this by emailing us at itsnaturalsbeauty@gmail.com or through an inquiry on our contact us page.

Do you issue refunds?

At this time we ONLY offer refunds if we sent you the wrong product and you don’t want the correct product to be sent back to you. We do require the incorrect product to sent back and unused before a refund can be issued. If item appears to have been used we WILL NOT issue a refund. Please see our question regarding returns and exchanges.

How long does shipping usually take?

We ship our products through multiple shipping carries such as USPS and UPS. Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend usually take slightly longer to arrive. Please note due to the global pandemic, severe weather conditions and natural disasters, once orders are dropped off to the carrier’s facility orders could take longer to be delivered. For carrier information please look for question “Why does it say that my order is delivered but I haven’t received order?” below.

Why does it say that my order is delivered but I haven’t received the order?

We understand from first hand experience that package sometimes tend to say delivered but they were never received.

If this is in fact the case pertaining your order please contact the mailing carrier that is shipping your order, which can be found on your tracking email that was provided.

How many times can I wear my lashes from itsnaturalsbeauty?

Our lashes can be worn from 10 up to 25x with proper care and storage. Please see our care cards that come with each order.

Are you products cruelty free?

Are products are indeed cruelty free and we also offer faux mink silk lashes for anyone that prefers no animal products! These lashes include: Kas, Sarah, and Samantha from our Your Best Friend Collection.
